Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom software developed specifically for them, as agreed in the project contract. HDTech retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All development projects are governed by individual project agreements between HDTech and the client. Payment terms, milestones, deliverables, and ownership transfers are defined in those agreements. Payments may be accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods. These Terms supplement but do not replace project-specific agreements.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HDTech does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HDTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if HDTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applications developed by HDTech for clients are designed to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Clients are responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance after app delivery and for their own developer account activities.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
HDTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
